Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

• 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–20 business days
• 🌍 Rest of the world: 14–30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

• Free shipping on orders over €50 (use code FREESHIP50)
• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our tracking link or the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
